The APA offers a variety of options to park in and around the city. Rates vary depending on location of meters, and events. We offer different payment options including PaybyPhone, ParkMobile, Online Payments or at our local office at 603 Linden Street.
- 1500 metered parking spaces
- Meters located around PPL Event area
- 21 Surace Lots that offer 700 spaces
- Some of those lots have PayStations for Public Parking(North, C Lot, Germania, Dubbs, 7A, and Alliance Hall)
- Digital ticket checkout at the ATC(Allentown Transportation Center), Community, Government, and Strata Decks
- 7 Parking Gararges in the Downtown area offering over 4,500 spaces to park

Beginning April 1, 2024, the public parking rate for all garages will be $1.00 per hour for the 1st hour and $2.00 per hour for hours 2-6. Daily max rate is $29.00 (lost ticket rate = $29)
All garages are enforced 24 hrs. a day.
Parkers will have a 15-minute grace period upon entering the garage where they can exit the garage for free.
After paying the garage ticket, parkers will have 15 minutes to exit the garage.
All rates are subject to change on event dates.
