About APA Decks & Lots
The Allentown Parking Authority owns and/or operates seven parking garages in downtown Allentown, totaling over 4,500 parking spaces, along with 21 surface lots in and around the city that add more than 700 off-street parking spaces. Various permits are available depending on the garage or lot location.

Private Lot Enforcement
The APA also contracts with private lot owners for lot enforcement.
- $180 annual fee for lots with 9 spaces or fewer
- $360 annual fee for lots with 10 spaces or more
- Lots must be properly posted
- Lots are enforced for head-in parking only
- Signs may be purchased through APA for $25 per sign
