Please be aware this ordinance is enforced only when a vehicle is reported, or when an officer observes a vehicle parked in the same location without moving for 72 hours (3 days) or more. Once a vehicle is marked, you have 72 hours to move or relocate it to a different parking space. If the vehicle is not moved within that timeframe, it may be subject to towing.
