To reclaim a vehicle towed for Scofflaw
Vehicles towed for Scofflaw violation may be claimed by the registered owner at the Magisterial District Court. All unpaid citations, fines, penalties and fees must be paid at the District Court office. Proof of payment of fines and costs will be provided to the vehicle owner. This form must be taken to the Allentown Parking Authority office at 1005 Hamilton Street.

To have a ‘boot’ removed from your vehicle
Call or come in to the Parking Authority office to pay all outstanding parking tickets in penalty, plus a $25 boot release fee. Once payment is made, your vehicle will be released. Payment must be made within 72 hours to avoid being towing and storage.
