Your key card contains a micro transmitter which will activate the entrance and exit gates at the deck to which you are assigned. Simply pass it in front of the reader – within a 4-inch distance to activate the gates.
Please treat your key card with care. Do not attempt to bend the key card and keep it out of direct heat. Do not leave it above the sun visor of your car, and keep the key card away from magnetic and laser sources. When you no longer need the parking space and wish to terminate your contract, return your key to the Parking Authority in good condition; otherwise, a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund.
All Contract Parkers
Note: Refund for unused time will not be made if termination occurs during the first full month of contract parking.
All vehicles on our property must be legally registered, inspected and insured. You must supply the Allentown Parking Authority with the license plate numbers of all vehicles you may bring onto the lot.
No repairs or maintenance work is permitted on our property.
All Monthly Contract Parking
Once you sign up for long term parking with the APA, all monthly parking fees are due in advance of the 1st of the month.
A security deposit is required.
Payments received after the due date will result in termination of account and forfeiture of deposit, and your Key Card may be “locked” out of the system, rendering it unusable and parking stickers and hangtags will become invalid. Your vehicle will be given a valid ticket.
When your account is terminated, the amount of your refund will be pro-rated based on the date you notify us that you are canceling. Any fees due until that time will be deducted either from the monthly rent or the security deposit, whichever is applicable.
Account holder must contact our office immediately upon change of any information to the account.
